Culture Pop Machine offers free shipping on all product orders via our fulfillment partner – Printful.

 

Carriers

Our fulfillment partner utilizes recognized and respected carriers, such as but not limited to USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL.

 

Delivery Time

From the date your order is placed, please allow up to 30 days.

 

Our fulfillment partner typically requires between 6 – 30 days to deliver orders. This wide range is influenced by whether the order’s delivery destination is domestic (United States) or international and if the order requires payments of customs fees/duties to be cleared for delivery.

Restricted Countries

Currently, there are some restricted countries where shipments cannot be made due to legal or shipping carrier restrictions.  Currently, Culture Pop Machine cannot ship its products to the following destinations: 

• Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
• Russia
• Belarus
• Ecuador
• Cuba
• Iran
• Syria
• North Korea 

 

The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events.

 

Customs and Duty

Depending on the destination country, shipments outside the USA may incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. You as the customer are responsible for these fees, and if charged, you must pay any fees levied by your country’s customs agency.
